Did the XFit Games Qualifier today:
15m AMRAP
9 x 70Kg deadlift
12 x pressups (full extension, hands off the floor at the bottom)
15 x 24" box jump
Managed 8 rounds and 6 deadlifts. Deadlifts were by far the easiest part!
Did the XFit Games Qualifier today:
Handstands today. Got up freestanding for nearly a second, then did a 'rollout'.
Calves still killing from Monday's 15 mintues of 400m sprints (15 seconds rest)
12x2RM deadlift - 120Kg (no twinging, this time. Could probably have done more sets)
