Calves still killing from Monday's 15 mintues of 400m sprints (15 seconds rest)
100 clean and push jerk (Rx 60/45) I did 40Kg
On the minute, alternating, 3 pressups, 3 pullups

The guys earlier in the day had done 60Kg (Rx), and it had taken them 20 minutes. Probably want to put the weight up next time, and do for longer. Also, was more push pressing than push jerking (which makes it harder), so need to work on that next time...
