12x2RM deadlift - 120Kg (no twinging, this time. Could probably have done more sets)
12x2RM press - 45Kg (with strict form - could do more, but trying hard to keep ribs down and spine straight)

WOD:
5min AMRAP
5 sumo deadlift high pull (35Kg Rx)
1 rope climb (did it! It's not too hard once you have the technique!)

5min AMRAP
50m run
10 single hand KB swings (20Kg?)
(did about 5)

5min AMRAP
3x front squat 65Kg - tough!
10x burpees
(did about 4)
