10x2RM deadlift (120Kg)
10x2RM press (40Kg with good form - crunching stomach and ribs)

WOD: 15mins AMRAP
200m run
10xKB swing (24Kg)
10xwallball (18lbs)
Repeat

Did 7+50metres.
