Handstands today. Got up freestanding for nearly a second, then did a 'rollout'.
WOD:
21-15-9 SDLHP (Sumo deadlift highpull - 40Kg Rx), HSPU (blue and pink) 13:37? (I think!)
Had to do the HSPU in stages, as max I could manage in one was about ten - and that was on the first set!
