10 hang cleans, 10 pressups, 10 squats, for ten minutes. Did either eight and a bit or nine and a bit (lost count). Really sore latts beforehand (possibly from Friday, tho' no soreness on Saturday or Sunday.

Sore hamstring from Monday, but unaffected by today's session. 10 minutes, amrap 5 sit up, 10 push-press, 15 squat. Managed 9 rounds, plus 5 - 10 - 12. Took it fairly easy.
